Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days after your first payment. After each renewal you can ask for a refund within 48 hours. In other cases we do not give refunds.

How to ask

Write to [email protected] from the e-mail address you bought with and tell us the domain of your shop. There is no account to log in to, so your e-mail address and your shop domain are how we find your purchase.

How you get the money

A refund goes back in full to the card or payment method you paid with. Your bank usually needs a few working days to show it. We do not charge you anything for a refund.

Cancelling is not a refund

You can cancel at any time on the Manage subscription page: it stops the next payment. When you cancel, your license stops working at once. Cancelling does not return a payment that was already made: for that, ask for a refund as described above.

After a refund

When a payment is refunded, the license that came with it stops working.
