"Your membership is not active. These settings are read-only."
No valid license key is saved, or it has ended. Open GetDropFlow → Settings, check the Membership box and paste the key again with Save key and verify.
"The back-office address is not https" when I connect AliExpress
AliExpress can only send you back to an https:// address. Ask your host to put your admin on https.
"A valid X-Domain header is required."
Your shop address has no proper domain name (for example localhost). Use a real address like https://shop.yourname.com/.
I published a product but I cannot find it in my shop
- Published products are disabled until you enable them (article 3, step 4).
- Magento's cron must be running so the shop's search and category pages are updated. Without cron a product can be enabled and still invisible.
"AliExpress is limiting requests right now"
AliExpress asks every app to slow down. Wait a few minutes and try again. A refresh continues where it stopped.
AliExpress shows a login problem / password error
Use your normal browser, not a window controlled by an automation tool. Sign in to AliExpress first, then press Connect AliExpress account.
The connection to AliExpress stopped working after about two months
The permission has ended. Open Settings and press Connect again (re-authorize).
There is no shipping price in my cart
Switch on GetDropFlow live shipping (AliExpress) under Stores → Configuration → Sales → Delivery Methods, and fill the fixed shipping table for the countries you sell to.
Some words are wrong in my language
If you installed a community language pack for Magento, a few short words in the plugin can be replaced by the pack's translation. Tell us which word and we will fix it.
Where do I see what went wrong?
GetDropFlow → Logs shows the latest problems (warnings and errors, up to 200). Keys, tokens, addresses and e-mail addresses are hidden.
